おはようございます。
今日本は
８時４分です。

あなたの国では
今何時でしょうか？


突然ですが、
僕は精神の障害を持っています。
発達障害。
最近話題になり始めたワードだと思います。

相手の感情が読めない。

など特徴があるようです。

ただ
僕が思うに
あまり特徴としてしっくりきません。

特徴としては、
HSP
の方がしっくりきます。

過敏過ぎる。

昔知人に
「感受性が他人の10倍」
と言われました。
まさにそうだと思います。

傷ついたけど
その深さは
自分のせい。

そう思うときがあって
辛いときもありますが、
そこで得たものが
言葉になっているのも事実。

しっかり向き合っていければと思います。
